Proficient in hotel planning, technical services, business negotiation, pre-openingand operation management. Good relationship with major international hotel management groups and has signed several five-star hotel projects on behalf of the owners.

Worked as a group project manager in MelcoChina Resorts and responsible for the pre-opening and operation management of five ski resorts in China. And also worked as a technical advisor to Harbin Wanda and Changsha DawangshanIndoor Ski Domes.

Worked as an Assistant Vice President of GentingHong Kong Dream Cruise Company and responsiblefor the pre-openingand operation of Super luxury cruise ships. And also established the Les Roches Jinjiang International Hotel ManagementCollege in China.

Worked as a Regional Operation Director ofSodexo, a Fortune 500 French company.

Worked as a Director of Operations and Planning in Beijing Enterprise Medical & Health Group and responsible for the Health Holiday Town Project and Commercial Complex Project.

毕业于国际著名的瑞士理诺士酒店管理学院，超过15年的欧洲及亚洲酒店和度假村管理经验。精通酒店前期规划、技术服务、商务谈判、开业筹备及运营管理。与各大国际酒店管理集团关系密切，并曾代表业主签约数个五星级酒店项目。

曾任加拿大上市公司澳门新濠中国度假村集团高管，负责中国5家滑雪度假村的开业筹备与运营管理，并曾担任哈尔滨万达和长沙大王山室内滑雪场技术顾问。

曾任香港云顶集团星梦邮轮公司助理副总裁，负责超级豪华邮轮的筹建及运营，并曾创办中瑞合资的锦江国际理诺士酒店管理学院。

曾任世界500强法资企业索迪斯在华北区的运营总监。

曾任香港上市公司北控医疗健康产业集团运营规划总监，负责健康度假小镇项目和商办综合体项目。
