Chelsea Wong graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, holding a bachelor degree with first class honour in Hotel and Tourism Management. During her study, she had internship experience in Walt Disney World, Florida and InterContinental Grand Stanford, Hong Kong. After graduation, Chelsea joined Swire Hotels as their management trainee. After a two-year rotation around various departments and properties within China and Hong Kong including the Upper House in Hong Kong and the Opposite House in Beijing, she specialized in the food and beverage department. She had helped the pre-opening team of East Beijing and had worked in different restaurant outlets within Swire Hotels. 

黄晶贞小姐毕业于香港中文大学，拥有酒店及旅游管理（一级荣誉）学士学位。在学期间，黄小姐曾在美国佛罗里达州迪士尼和香港海景嘉福酒店实习。毕业后，黄小姐加入太古酒店集团作为他们的管理培训生。在两年培训计划期间，黄小姐先后在集团旗下酒店包括香港的奕居与北京的瑜舍等前线与后勤部门工作。管培生结束后，黄小姐专注于管理酒店餐饮部，曾于集团酒店旗下各餐厅及酒吧工作，包括协助北京东隅酒店的开业。
Chelsea worked as the Operations Manager for the Opposite House, Beijing before joining Horwath HTL in 2014. Since she joined Horwath HTL, she worked at the Beijing office specializing in hotel and resort feasibility study and market research projects, tourism development master planning as well as hotel and restaurant performance reviews, both locally and internationally.

加入浩华顾问管理公司之前，黄小姐于北京的瑜舍担任餐厅运营经理。2014年，黄小姐加入浩华北京办公室，专门负责国内外酒店可行性研究和市场研究、旅游开发项目总体规划及酒店与餐饮绩效评估等。
