A successful project starts with sound economic and market feasibility. As a first step, we study the area’s characteristics within the context of our client’s objectives. We work to understand market competition and opportunities, and any outside factors that will help guide the business planning and design process. Our work forms an integral part of our client’s business plans. We collaborate with other experts to evaluate project concepts based on marketability and financial viability. Our feasibility work has been included in several large scale developments for some of China’s largest developers.
