Genting Secret Garden Resort 云顶密苑乐园

Axis provided full planning and management for China’s largest master planned ski resort near Chongli, Hebei Province. Upon completion, the 100 sq/km four season resort will be comprised of 65 ski trails spanning 250 hectares and serviced by 22 lifts. Funded by Malaysia’s Genting Group – the development will host the 2021 Freestyle World Championships and 2022 Winter Olympic Games. Axis seconded it’s President, Justin Downes as COO of the project during 2009-2010 and responsibilities included everything from business planning, design, investor and partner relations, construction management and pre-opening services.

天轴为这家河北省崇礼区域周边中国规划体量最大的项目提供全套规划及管理服务。项目完工时，这座100平方公里的四季度假小镇将拥有65条雪道，占地250公顷，配套有22条缆车系统。项目由马来西亚云顶集团投资，届时将举办2021年自由式滑雪世界锦标赛以及2022年冬奥会。天轴总裁Justin Downes在2009-2010年期间作为项目COO，全面负责项目商业规划，设计，投资方及合作伙伴关系，建设管理以及开业筹备事宜。
