Caley completed his Finance degree at the School of Business from the University of Alberta in 2004. In 2001, he received a scholarship to study at the prestigious Harbin Institute of Technology and in 2004, received another full scholarship funded by the Canada-China Scholars' Exchange Program, to attend one of China's top Universities, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

After returning from Shanghai to Canada, as the youngest member on the team, he worked closely with the CEO and the Executive Vice Presidents of Melco China Resorts to develop financial models, investor presentations and annual business plans.

After completing the University of British Columbia's Award of Achievement in Web Analytics, he has lead the development and marketing strategy of many web assets, catapulting start ups in established and highly competitive fields.

Prior to joining Axis Leisure, Caley focused on the execution of marketing and financial strategy at Yogalife Studios, a leading health and wellness organization in Western Canada.
